A sprawling range of tall mountains and low valleys have solidified Terrazu as the premier coffee growing region in Costa Rica. High altitudes, a tropical climate, and many millennia of volcanic activity have enriched local soil with ample nutrients and flavours unique to the area. This bright, balanced light roast aims to highlight those intricacies, providing a smooth, soft acidity along with delicate flavours of green apple, toffee, and cashew.
