Hasegawa's latest model kit of the TBM-3S2 Avenger includes resin parts to reproduce the aircraft that was loaned to the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force after the war! The rear set canopy, lower rear window, and searchlight are all made of transparent resin for a heightened sense of realism; decals for two versions are included (Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force 3rd Technical School machine 341, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Hachinohe Air Corps machine Ha-2349).
