Dust can be acidic & has lightly affected the surface of this model. Not a deal killer, but some collectors will be 'offended' by the lack of perfection !! ALL metal finishes, including chrome, are very fickle & sensitive to poor environmental conditions. Painted surfaces are quite hardy, but metal finishes should be stored or displayed with great caution !! Dust your models, kids!- don't let it settle...or you'll be sorry!
