Space Shuttle Discovery & Booster Rockets 1:144
A decent all-plastic kit of the Space Shuttle Discovery in airliner scale. Yep, you can park it next to your 1/144 Revell A380, B747-8 or B787 for a scale comparison ! Parts of this kit date back to 1977 & should not pose a serious challenge to any but rank beginners or very young kids, mostly due to some large components. The real challenge is in the painting & applying the decals, and a detailed painting guide is supplied with the instructions. The shuttle comes with it's crawling transporter & provides a nice touch. This whole package will look nice right out of the box, but provides a fine foundation for some super-detailing for those modelers so inclined.
