circa 1990 issue, discontinued. Vintage SCHABAK model in about as good a condition as one can expect to find, with the decals clearly showing signs of age. As is. The coin is not included- it is there merely to show you how small the model is.
SCHABAK pre-dates HERPA with it's vast line of tiny diecast model airplanes, having issued hundreds of subjects over it's three decades of existence ! Unlike today's models which are fully painted, SCHABAK relied on hand-applied decals to detail their models [which can age horribly]. SCHABAK ceased operating in 2006 & their models are now considered 'antique'.
Remember kids- 1:600 is SMALL ! It is smaller than any models currently in production !!
