This model is intended to draw beginners into the hobby with ease of build & being molded in lifelike colours that do not require painting. The MCP [Multi colored parts] refer to the sprues being molded in various shades of grey, light & dark, replicating the look of the real article. The parts are well detailed & any serious modeler can continue to super detail & paint this model to his heart's content, as with any other model. This is not a snap together toy!

This model was issued in Japan at the same time by DOYUSHA. I am wondering if Academy & Doyusha did not team up to create this mold? There is nothing wrong with having DOYUSHA on your team !
