F27 Friendship 1:72 Ex-ESCI**Out of Production 2023**
This is the sixth issue of this kit since 1990,this being the first by Italeri. Lovely all plastic kit with recessed panel lines & some internal detail. Good for all ages, kids may need help with the bigger parts. It's not often we see civilian aircraft in 1/72 scale, so grab it while you can. Civilian kits seem to come generally as 1/200 or 1/144 so this is a treat. However, BPK [ Big Plane Kits ] has just announced a  BPK B777-300ER kit in 1/72 scale for 2020, thus lending proof to the statement that anything is possible ! It is official-the announcement is on BPK's facebook page [ don't hold your breath !-BPK is v-e-r-y slow. COVID will no doubt cause delays to the issue of this kit]. *
The F27 comes with three decal options:
- G-BDDH Air UK, Londra-Southend Airport, 1985
- N278MA Canyon Eagle Airlines, Las Vegas Mc Carran International Airport, 1998
- PH-SAD Schreiner Airways, Amsterdam Airport, 1966
I have got three of the ESCI kits in my stash. How many will I actually build ? How about you ?
