Airborne Early Warning and Control aircraft (AEW&C) converted from the Boeing 707-320 commercial airliner featuring a characteristic rotating radar dome (rotodome), providing airborne radar surveillance, command, and control. In operation with the United States Air Force, NATO member nations and other countries. The observation system designed by Boeing is known as Airborne Warning and Control System or AWACS.

Reboxed Minicraft kit with new decals. 5 sprues + cockpit window. Assemble with landing gear up or down. Multiple aircraft serials provided on the decal sheet. Choose from:
(1) E-3Cs of the 961st Airborne Air Control Squadron (AACE), 18th Wing, Kadena Air Base, Japan, 2023;
(2) E-3Cs of the 552nd Air Control Wings (AAW), Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, USA, 2023;
(3) E-3As of NATO/OTAN Airborne Early Warning & Control Force (NAEW&CF), NATO Airbase Geilenkirchen, 2023. All 14 NATO E-3As are registered in Luxembourg, hence the LX reg no and national shields on the tail.
