DeHavilland Beaver 1:72 Vintage Classics
This is a welcome release as it is a kit that we do not see too often [the last time we saw this guy, it was part of a three-pack with the DH Heron & Ford Trimotor back in 2006]. The only other kit of the Beaver in 1/72 scale was the lovely little thing put out by HOBBYCRAFT way back in the 1980's & several times since, but now that HOBBYCRAFT is dead, so is their kit & the mold is no longer in use. The AIRFIX kit is NOT the Hobbycraft kit- they are different animals.Â
 Be patient- I am sure we will see some Canadian decals for this piece fairly soon. Xtradecal has already announced a set but details of the contents have not yet been revealed.Â
