3D printing is now beginning to impact the model world in a big way ! This is just the beginning !
This hangar is designed for small to medium sized aircraft, the wingspan of a 747 will not clear the entrance. Yep, I have battle tested it for you ! Although you can fit a B747 or B777 inside the building, you will have to put the building over the top of the model in order to do so !
Once again we are using a Phoenix A350-900 QATAR model for illustrative purposes. As you can see, the model will fit inside the building, but the wingspan will not clear the entrance- thus you would have to ask, how would it get there ?!
Note that the back of the building represents the front with the hangar door closed- neat-o! Flip it around whichever way you need it for your display. We don't have a hangar model with a working door...yet [because it would probably break far too quickly ]. Patience, kids...
