Mikerian was a major Canadian hobby distributor who helped introduce 1:400 scale diecast models to the North American market. They did Canadian collectors a great favour by funding a large number of classic Canadian airliner models in this scale, thus toppling Herpa and their 1:500 scale empire from their throne.
