B747-400 Air Canada C-GAGN Green Tail w/Chinese script 1:400**Discontinued**
This model was part of a group of Air Canada B747 models commissioned by Canadian Distributor MIKERIAN & comes with their original slipcase intact. There were four of these models & every model was a little bit different, with different reg's & logos. Many of the Dragon Air Canada B747 issues came with a 'pinkish' hue to the white paint. Do not call to complain- that is how it is !
The plastic case that holds the model is still clear, fresh and supple ! We are seeing so many old models coming in with plastic parts yellowing ! Hard to believe that I am getting excited about plastic cases, but here it is !! I can see a market in the far future for replacement plastic cases, to replace original cases that have yellowed, cracked or fragmented due to age ! You have heard it here first !!
The box is really nice, but someone removed a long label from one side & made a bit of a mess.Â
