B17F Flying Fortress Memphis Belle DF-A USAAF Camouflage 1:155 with stand
This die-cast metal model comes in 1/155 scale and includes a plastic display stand. Model is approximately 5 1/2 inches long with 8 inch wingspan. The B17F Memphis Belle was named after pilot Robert K Morgan's sweethard, a resident of Memphis, TN. It was the first heavy bomber to complete 25 missions over Europe, after which both aircraft and crew were returned safely to the United States.
The Postage Stamp Model line are made of solid diecast metal, and include historical aircraft from the pioneering days of aviation through WWI, WWII to up to the present. The line offers commercial and military and space aircraft types unavailable from any other manufacturer. They are fully decorated with authentic details and come with a display stand. Wingspans are from 4 1/2" to 8", and the scales vary to fit in standard boxes.
