ATLANTIS Moon Ship spacecraft 1:96 [Ex-Revell]

This kit was issued twice back in the late 1950's, then shelved. It was brought back again in 1969 as part of a set called 'Space Pursuit' along with the Convair Space Shuttle. This set is very rare and not even mentioned on SCALEMATES- I found out about it on the fantastic-plastic.com website...check it out!! Great stuff for the lover of science fiction & fantasy models.

    The recent collapse of hobby distributor HOBBICO has allowed Atlantis access 'into the vaults' to resurrect some of these kits for us. Atlantis does not make large production runs though, so if you want one...pick one up while you can. Take note that the box art is different than the 1957 box art that my supplier has provided above. The new art more closely resembles the box top of the original UK edition.
