Comprising superior quality, solid injection molded plastic components with a simple snap-fit design that allows for easy assembly without the need for glue, SkyMarks 1/130 Scale Copa Airlines Boeing 737-800 measures approximately 11-3/4-inches long with a 10-1/2-inch wingspan and comes complete with a Display Stand. An accurate, true-to-scale reproduction of the actual aircraft, the model is great for collectors and features authentic, highly detailed graphics and markings. The Boeing 737-800 falls under the category of Boeing's 737 Next Generation aircraft, abbreviated 737NG, and was launched as the third-generation derivative of the 737 Classic. Substantially redesigned with numerous updates to the 737 Classic, the 737NGs primary competitor is the Airbus A320 series. The Boeing 737-800, which was introduced in September 1994, is a stretched version of the 737-700 and can be configured to generally seat between 162 and 189 passengers. Boeing delivered its final 737NGs in January 2020, having replaced it with the fourth-generation 737 MAX, which was introduced in 2017. Copa Airlines and the Panamanian Soccer Federation (FEPAFUT) joined forces in 2018 to give the members of Panama's national soccer team, which is also known as the "Red Tide," a memorable sendoff on their trip to the World Cup in a Copa Airlines Boeing 737-800 painted with the team's colors, shield and battle cry, "Ivamos Panama, Estamos Contigo!" which is translated as "Let's Go Panama, We Are With You!"
