The tail spike on b707 is a weight to prevent tail flutter. This one has gone missing, otherwise the model remains excellent. The spike could not be easily glued on anyway as there is no appreciable bonding surface to work with. Priced accordingly. Our original price in 2010 was $37.95- real nice copy would sell for at least $50.00-$60.00 today.

2010 issue, discontinued. 264 pieces were made [this one is #93]. Used model from a collection in excellent shape with stand & collector card BUT THE TAIL SPIKE HAS BROKEN OFF and has gone missing. Shame!
